For each domain name registration registered with Perfect Privacy®, Perfect Privacy LLC will populate the public WHOIS listing for your domain name registration with our alternate contact information for e-mail address, postal address, and phone number.

We will also create a private email address for your domain. When messages are sent to your private email address, we handle them according to one of three email preferences that you have selected for that particular domain. You tell us to forward your email, not to forward it, or to filter it for spam before forwarding.

Your domain is registered in the name of Perfect Privacy - so our contact
information is made public - not yours.

You retain the FULL BENEFITS of domain registration. You can: cancel, sell, renew or transfer your domain; set-up the name servers for, and resolve disputes involving your domain.

We protect your identity and only reveal for violations of the Perfect Privacy Domain Name Registration Terms and Conditions or the Perfect Privacy Acceptable Use Policy. Examples of violations include:

IF YOU transmit spam, viruses or harmful computer programs;
IF YOU violate the law or infringe a third party's trademark or copyright;
IF YOU use your Perfect Privacy domain or the Perfect Privacy Services for illegal or objectionable purposes, including but not limited to the posting of child pornography, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or racist content.
